At RW Construction, Design & Build, we believe great building work comes from a balance of skill, experience, and trust. Founded by lifelong friends Matt and Jake, we bring over 30 years of combined experience to every project; from small renovations to major structural works.
Our Story
RW Construction grew from a shared passion for quality craftsmanship and a down-to-earth approach to building. Over the years, Matt and Jake have built a reputation across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset for reliable service, high standards, and results that last.
Meet the Team
Matt has spent more than 16 years in the trade, with 7 years dedicated to precision joinery and 9 years specialising in carpentry and general building. His meticulous attention to detail and focus on “getting it right the first time” make him a cornerstone of the business.
Jake also brings over 16 years of hands-on building experience. Known for his knack for knockthroughs and structural alterations, he’s skilled at transforming properties by opening up spaces to create bright, functional, and modern layouts.
Together, Matt and Jake combine technical know-how with practical problem-solving to make projects run smoothly from start to finish.
